We worked closely with the Soap & Glory team to develop a customer service chatbot for the brand's website and Facebook page.
The bot is designed to answer the most popular queries from Soap & Glory customers, while saving precious time of the internal staff who used to have to provide these more standard and generic response on a daily basis. Over time, the technology behind it will ‘learn’ from its interactions with users to gain insights into different behaviours and responses. The aim is to improve the experience and make it increasingly intuitive.
As well as the technical aspects of the project, the ReadyDaily team developed the script behind the chatbot, including a tone of voice very much in keeping with the Soap & Glory brand’s fun, playful personality.Back to Ready Daily
