This edition sees a new chatbot for St Tropez, The White Company partnering with British Airways and digital brows from Benefit.

ST TROPEZ”S NEW CHATBOT

St Tropez, a leading tanning brand, has released a new chatbot designed to help users choose the perfect product for their needs. ‘Thea’ is available through Facebook Messenger and can give advice on tanning based on factors such as your ideal shade, the occasion you want to tan for and how long you have to prepare.

 

 

THE WHITE COMPANY PARTNERS WITH BRITISH AIRWAYS

British Airways customers travelling in Club World between London Heathrow and JFK will receive bedding and amenity kits from The White Company. The bedding includes an elegant day cushion, a soft white pillow in a white cotton pillowcase, a woven day blanket, a luxurious duvet and a padded mattress topper. Club World members will also receive a White Company amenity kit with products from their restore and relax range.

 

BENEFIT’S DIGITAL BROWS

Benefit has introduced an AR experience for users to pick the perfect brows. They have partnered with tech company Meitu to create an integrated shopping experience for customers, allowing them to try brow styles before they buy their brow makeup to achieve the look.
